Week of Jan 31st - 4th Objectives

On Monday your Supreme Court topics are due.

I've suggested that you access:

http://www.supremecourt.gov/

Cruise the site to see if you see any of the links that pique your interests in writing a two page informational summary that you will present to the rest of the class, which I will schedule for next Monday and Tuesday the 7th and 8th.

If you do not see anything that "excites" you, then please feel free to come up with a topic on your own.

I began to type some suggestions, however, I'd really like to see what you come up with. However, if you come to class with something that is evidently thought of during lunch (possible in Heins' room?) at the last minute, I will be disappointed, to say the least.

My objective for this assignment is thus to become more acquainted with our Supreme Court. And I'm certain you can help me and the class achieve this objective!

In addition, we'll complete the last section of this chapter.

Plan on taking a test on Friday... although we will begin the next chapter, "Jacksonian America" as soon as we complete chapter 8.

Timelines, in addition to, Chapter Objectives (which I will get to you by Tuesday or Wednesday) will be due on the day of the test, Friday.
